Catherine E. Walsh (Ward), a longtime resident of Auburndale, passed away Friday, Aril 14, 2023 at the age of 83. Beloved wife of 61 years of William A. Walsh; she was the loving mother of James Walsh and his wife Jennifer of Milford and Kevin Walsh and his wife Carol of Ashland; devoted grandmother of Michael Walsh and his wife Leah, Timothy Walsh and his fiancée Brittany Hill, Marisa Walsh and her fiancé Will Moriarty and Kyle Walsh; as well as great-granddaughter, Evelyn. Daughter of the late John and Margarite Ward, she was the dear sister of the late John and Edward Ward.

Mrs. Walsh worked for over 25 years as bookkeeper for Weisberg Realty in Newton Centre.

Visiting Hour will be held Thursday, April 20th from 10-11AM in the Burke & Blackington Funeral Home, 1479 Washington St. West Newton, concluding with a Prayer Service at 11AM. Interment will follow in Newton Cemetery.
