David P. Landi of Ocala, FL, formerly of YarmouthPort, died Monday, December 3, 2018 at the age of 72. He was a teacher and administrator in the Waltham MA School Department. After his retirement, he shared his love of reading as a tutor for the Cape Cod Literacy Council and the Lakeland (FL) Literacy Coalition
Beloved husband of Claire (Frazier), he is the loving father of Michelle Symonds of West Boylston, MA and Kristin Kaufman of Westboro MA and grandfather to Tyler and Noah, who were the joy of his life. Dear brother to Richard Landi of Canton, MA, Carol Keen of Sherman, TX, Jean Perkins of Ormand Beach, FL and the late Diane Heafey.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, December 10th at 10AM in St. John the Evangelist Church, 9 Glen Rd. Wellesley followed by interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham. Visiting hours will be Sunday from 3-5PM in the Henry J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home, 56 Washington St. Wellesley Hills.
