Elaine Wolfe Shaffer, of Waltham, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2019. Beloved wife of Joseph D. Shaffer. She is survived by her daughter Robin Lynn Wheeler and sister Nancy Heath. She was predeceased by her parents Frederick and Marion Wolfe as well as her brother Robert E. Wolf. Visiting hours will be held Saturday afternoon from 3-5PM in the Henry J.
