Mary V. Chapman (McHugh) passed away peacefully yet suddenly Monday, October 23, 2017. Beloved wife of the late Charles E. Chapman. Loving mother of Deborah Chapman and her husband Norm Shea, Donna Chapman, Stephen Chapman, David Chapman, Sheila Chapman, Scott Chapman and spouse Steve Tjoe-Fat. Grandmother of 12 , Great Grandmother of 10.
Mary will be forever remembered for her unconditional love, unending energy and lifting the spirit for all those with whom she encountered, family, friend or stranger. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, October 28 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Parish, 9 Glen Rd. Wellesley followed by interment in Newton Cemetery, Newton. Visiting hours will be held immediately prior to the Mass Saturday, from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Henry J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home, 56 Washington Street, Wellesley Hills.
