Mary C. Feeney, a lifelong resident of Newton, passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, May 20, 2024 at the age of 94. She was the beloved wife of the late Brendan F. Feeney and devoted mother of Maryellen F. Collins and her husband Michael F. Collins of Worcester, and Brendan Ben T. Feeney of Newton. She is also survived by her grandchildren Michael F. Collins, Jr. and his wife Allison of Hingham and Elizabeth M. Calder and her husband Kenneth of Milton. She was the beloved great-grandmother of Mia E. Calder, Tessa M. Calder, and Kenneth B. Calder and Michael F. Collins, III. Mary's dedication to her family was unparalleled, and her love knew no bounds.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 24, 2024 at 10:30am in Our Lady Help of Christians Parish, 573 Washington Street, Newton, MA. Interment is private. Mary was deeply committed to serving her community, always ready to lend a helping hand to those in need.
