Thomas, Mary (Ryan), of Newtonville, January 9, 2019. Beloved wife of the late William E. Thomas. Dear sister of Edward Ryan of Portland, Maine and the late William (Billy) Ryan and Anne Gilpatrick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews including Linda King of Ashland, Patricia King of Marlboro and her dear friend Laney George and family of Natick. Mary was a School Teacher for 46 years in the Johnson Elementary School in Natick. Family and friends will gather for visiting hours at 10:00 AM in Our Lady Help of Christians Church, 573 Washington St., Newton, followed by a 10:30 AM Funeral Mass on Tuesday, January 15, 2019. Interment in Newton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers remembrances may be made in Mary's memory to Bridges by EPOCH Sudbury Resident Activity Fund, 1 Farmstead Lane, Sudbury, MA 01776.
