Maryann Panica (Lynch) of Newton Centre, March 7, 2021. Beloved wife of the late John F. "Peter Wilson" Panica. Loving mother of Lisa M. Franco and her husband Dr. Nicholas R. Franco, Jr. of Newton, John F. Panica III and his wife Carol of Newton, Charles "Magoo" Panica and his wife Erin of Hamilton, VA. Dear daughter of the late Charles W. and Louise (Blasenak) Lynch, she was the proud grandmother of Nicholas R. Franco, III, Kevin, Jill, Kayla, Emma, Cole and Max Panica and great grandmother of Avery and Austin Panica. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
