Patricia A. Pollak (Cook) of Milford, formerly of Natick, died Thursday, January 17, 2019. Beloved wife of the late Leon Pollak. Loving mother of Sandra Pollak Benedict and her husband John of Blackstone, and Gary Pollak and his wife Lisa of Medway. Dear sister of Philip Cook of AZ. Also survived by her grandchildren, Kimberly, Ashley, John Jr., and Christopher as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held at the Henry J. Burke & Sons Funeral Home, 56 Washington St. Wellesley, Wednesday January 23 from 11AM-1PM, followed by interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Needham.
