Robert Frederick Feige of Wayland, MA, age 75, passed away on June 21, 2024 in Concord, MA after a difficult battle with Parkinson's disease. He was the loving husband of Patricia Cox Feige. Born in Putnam, Connecticut on July 14, 1948 to Richard and Stella (Wojick) Feige, he was a long-time resident of Wellesley, MA. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1971, received a master's degree from Trinity College in economics, and was an entrepreneur and business consultant. He is survived by his wife Pat, his son Chris, his daughter-in-law, Siena, and his two granddaughters, Violet and Aya.
He loved his family and traveling the world with Pat. He got immense joy from watching and coaching Chris' youth sports teams, was a fan of the Patriots, Celtics, Red Sox, Revolution, and Arsenal, and was thrilled to have seen the Celtics 18th championship days before he passed. He faced Parkinson's with a positive attitude, finding joy in small things like getting outside to see the leaves change, having lunch with his granddaughters, and beating his son at online scrabble.
We would like to offer special thanks to Joy and Alicia, who took such amazing care of Bob, and enriched his life, over the past months. In lieu of flowers, we would be delighted if any donations could be made to Parkinson Voice Project, a wonderful charity which helped Bob and Pat immensely as the disease progressed over the past few years, or another charity of your choice..
