Russell C. Anderson, of Newton, passed away peacefully at Care Dimensions Hospice Home in Lincoln on August 2nd at the age of 72, after a long courageous battle with cancer.

He was the loving son of the late Pearl and Lloyd Anderson.

Russ is survived by his beloved wife, Clare Duffy with whom he shared 33 years of marriage. He is also survived by his loving sister-in-law, Joan Duffy, CSJ.

Uncle Russ will be dearly missed by Frank, Theresa, Kathy, John, Kristen, Julie, Andrea and their families. He was predeceased by Jane.

Russ was the founder and president of Chemworks and had a long successful career in the industrial water filtration field.

Funeral services will be private.
